With an M.Ed. and extensive experience in higher education, Emily Uematsu is passionate about helping students discover their potential. In her role as a Program Operations Specialist at C21, she helps design and implement programs that bridge the gap between education and the professional world.

As an alum of the United World Colleges (UWC) and her upbringing in Japan, Emily values global perspectives and diverse experiences, integrating these principles into her work. Emily believes that preparing for the workforce isn’t just about skill-building—it’s about fostering adaptability, cross-cultural competence, and a mindset ready for an ever-changing, interconnected world.
